**First try at homemade momos + suzuwan sauce ๐ฅ๐ฅ*
Taste test: 8/10 (still learning)
๐ *Momos Dough*:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup warm water (add slowly till soft dough forms)
- Rest 30 mins, roll thin, cut circles
๐ *Filling (Veg/Non-Veg):*
- Finely chopped cabbage + carrots + onions + garlic + ginger + soy sauce + pepper
(Adjust to taste —I used 1 tsp soy, ½ tsp pepper, pinch of sugar)
๐ *Suzuwan Sauce (Spicy Red):*
- Blend 4-5 red chilies + 2 tomatoes + 1 garlic clove + pinch salt + 1 tsp vinegar
- Cook 5 mins till thick garnish with coriander
๐ *Steaming Tip*:
Steam 8-10 mins on medium heat. Don’t overcrowd
